Booking Policies
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
12-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of appointment or deposit is non-refundable and you must make another appointment with a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
A 15 min grace period will be given. After 15 mins your appointment is cancelled, and your deposit is non-refundable. You will have to book another appointment with a new deposit.
Guests
No extra guest allowed to accompany you during your service. No children allowed unless being serviced. Parent must be in attendance during the service for children.
Payments
Booking fee is $50 and will go towards your remaining balance. Traveling fee $200. Monday bookings $100 and must be paid as a deposit to book the appointment. I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App all other payment will not be accepted.
Flawless Lace Experience
HD lace only! Lace must be dropped off 2 days before appointment. Please label your hair with your name, number, and scheduled appointment date and time.
Service times may extend depending on hair density and length. You can’t rush perfection. I want you to leave satisfied and feeling beautiful!

Includes cleaning and relaying of your frontal or closure. Retouching of your baby hair. Restyling of your desire. If your lace is completely lifted up, I won’t be able to touch your wig up. Ends trimming or cuts must be added on to your service.

Includes a hydrated wash and conditioning. Foundation (braid down), install, and style of your desire. Bundles must be free of thread and clean before appointment. Ends trimming or cuts must be added to your service.
