How Long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 3- 5 days for your order to be shipped out. Process occurs Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday your order will be processed the next business day which will be the following Monday. Shipping will be 5-7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive an order number in your email once your payment is received. Your tracking number will come to your email once your package is sent. If you haven’t received your tracking number in 3 days, please email us info@crownedbybunny.store.

May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on un-opened hair extensions and wigs within 7 days of you receiving your order.

The hair must not be unwrapped, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, not worn or altered in any way in order to receive an exchange. If the hair is altered in anyway the hair will be returned to you.

All sales are final on custom-colored wigs and bundles.

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We recommend you send your returns with a tracking number because Crowned by Bunny will not be responsible for lost packages.
